Team Training Class
Team Training Class is designed to re-introduce your body to health and fitness. If you have not been working out for a long period of time and need to slowly ease your way back into exercise, this workout is perfect for you.
Our Team Training class is a low to mid intensity exercise class that gets your body prepared for higher intensity exercises. Your body will experience:
- Increased stamina and cardio respiratory system
- Increased strength and stability
- Decreased pain in joints
This is a 3 time per week camp that includes:
- Weekly accountability to help establish normal workout habits which translates into increased lifelong success
- Monthly Body fat, tape measurements, strength, and endurance test to make sure that you are on track with your goals
- An easy to follow nutrition plan to help you begin the process of healthy eating
When: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday at 6am, 12pm, or 6pm.
Where: Upward Motion Personal Training Studio
Your investment: $8 a class
