This is a 4 time a week camp specifically designed to change your muscles in ways you have never experienced before. Each camp includes:
- Upward Motion's 10 week Health and Fitness Results manual that will educate you about resistance exercise, cardio exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle changes
- Weekly nutritional guidance by one of our certified trainers
- Monthly Bodyfat, tape measurements, strength, and endurance test to make sure that you are on track with your goals
